3. CV Preparation. 

4. Timing of application. 

5. Writing Personal Statement: That one question becomes the foundation of your personal statement. The way we do it by helping you go through some key words and ask you to tell about the day which made you most happy at work! from your reply your core values are derived and phrased to reflect NHS values.
